Richard S. Lindahl, M.B.A.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Emergent BioSolutions
Richard Lindahl joined the Compass Board of Directors in April of 2023. Since March 2018, Mr. Lindahl has served as executive vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer of Emergent BioSolutions, Inc., a global life sciences company focused on delivering protections against public health threats.
Prior to joining Emergent BioSolutions, Mr. Lindahl served as the chief financial officer and principal accounting officer of CEB Inc., a company providing research and decision support to business leaders. Earlier in his career Mr. Lindahl has served in various financial and planning roles, including senior vice president and treasurer at Sprint Nextel Corporation and treasurer at Nextel Communications.
Mr. Lindahl earned an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a B.A. in computer science from Dartmouth College.
